RMCS Contracts Not Generating Satisfaction Events (Doc ID 2437141.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Satisfaction events are not getting updated/generated for RMCS contracts. Revenue recognition process is going into warning and below is the error -

ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("FUSION"."VRM_POL_SATISFACTION_EVENTS"."SATISFACTION_MEASUREMENT_DATE")

Satisfactions events should be getting generated for RMCS Contracts

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Please run "run 'Extract Revenue Basis Data from Oracle Fusion Applications' program

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create contracts
