ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Expense sub inventory is not visible in Destination sub-inventory LOV of Inter Organization Transfer


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The subinventory should be visible in the LOV for destination subinventory when creating an InterOrganization Transfer.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a subinventory of type expense
2. Open the LOV for Destination Subinventory and see that the expense subinventory is not visible

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create InterOrganization transfers for the expense type subinventory
