Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Approve Requisition
Customer chose the Opt-in for the new feature: Configure Purchase Requisition Notification with Business Intelligence Publisher
They configured the Requisition Email Approval notification through the BI Publisher but have observed that for some users it's still taking the old version of the Template format.
Expect that Requester should be able to receive custom email notification for all the approved requisitions. Why are some of the users still receiving the old ADF based Requisition Approval Email notifications?
STEPS:
1. Create Requisition
2. Submit for Approval
3. Approver receives the old notification and expecting to receive the customized new one from BI Publisher template.
