Manage Seniority Dates - Config And Edit Not Working (Doc ID 2437395.1)

Symptoms

After configure the Last Start Date and calculated for employee, date was recalculated when the employee was rehired. It also recalculated when the employee was promoted which is not accurate.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Manage Seniority Dates page
2. See how it is incorrectly recalculated when the employee was hired and promoted
