On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Create and Manage Journals

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Unable to Reverse Journal

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Should be able to reverse journal

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to General Accounting-> Journals
2. Click on Task Panel-> Manage Journal
3. Select the required Journal and click on Edit Journal icon
4. Click on Journal Actions
5. Check if Reversal is enabled or not
