Goal

Autoinvoice import job completes in error with following error message: "ERROR: Withholding Tax call returned error: 1"

The user used the Autpinvoice FBDI template to import invoices in the system and they have populated zero value in the column "Tax Rate" from RA_INTERFACE_LINES_ALL sheet and after generating the csv file the autoinvoice
import fails with the following error message in the log:

ERROR: Withholding Tax call returned error: 1.
arp_etax_util.print_tax_validation_errors()+
Print Format: S.NO: <Message Text.>(<interface_line_id>)(<invalid_value>)
Printing errors in ZX_VALIDATION_ERRORS_GT for interface lines.
Printing errors in ZX_VALIDATION_ERRORS_GT for Manual Tax lines.
Printing errors in ZX_ERRORS_GT for transactions.
arp_etax_util.print_tax_validation_errors()-
arp_etax_autoinv_util.calculate_tax()-

The root cause was wrong data provided as input, instead for empty values the zero values were populated. For tax lines should not be populated - unit price and tax rate.

The customer wants an improvement for the error message as is not relevant to the issue reported. Also, on the Accounts Receivables we don't use Withholding Tax.
