You're attempting to define Translation Overrides in FCCS. From the navigator, you click the Consolidation link (under the Application heading), then clicked Translated at the top of the page. You click Create (the "+" icon) to add a rule. You click the Advanced button then expand the Scenario dropdown. One or more of your Scenario members are not included in the dropdown.
