Symptoms

Expected Behavior:  When setting up CI/CD pipeline for using Oracle Developer Cloud Service (DevCS), build job is set up and is expected to be triggered when there is code check-in to Git repository. 

Actual Behavior (Issue): The build job is not being triggered when codes are committed/pushed to the repo.
