How to trigger life event using fast formula or Spreadsheet loader

Client in process to use the spreadsheet loader to upload the New hire data from Taleo to HR connect.

When using spreadsheet loader for New hire or for any other process (Termination/ Global Transfer/Change in Salary) it doesn't create any Life event automatically on benefit side.

Is there any solution to create the Life event automatically or by using fast formula for spreadsheet loader?
