Symptoms

When using any version of Primavera Analytics, users are encountering the following issues:

  1. Curves in reports are not generated and the error below is displayed:
  2. When opening a previously working analysis, the error below is displayed:

ERROR

  1. Error for Issue 1 above: A fatal error occurred while processing the request. The server responded with: oracle.bi.nanserver.fwk.exception.BISvsException: A system error has occurred. Please contact your administrator. Error Codes: AGEGTYVF
  2. Error for Issue 2 above: fatal: The answer must be in plain text format..var site = "http://internetdenied.<domain>.corp/defaut.aspx?url=https:/<customer name>-primavera-common.oracleindustry.com/analytics.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the Primavera Analytics Cloud environment
  2. Open a report that uses curves.
  3. Observe the errors on the result page.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users are unable to view previously working reports and analysis.
