Approver List Not Available on the Notification (Doc ID 2438347.1)

Symptoms

When a contract creator creates the contract and tries to view the approval hierarchy before the submission, he is able to view the complete list of the approvers . However,
when the approver opens the notification from the task list or in the email he is able to see only himself. Upon his approval the contract goes to the next approver and he is able to see only his name but not others.  Sequential approval is used.  This issue occurs for all approvers consistently and users are not reassigning the transaction and do not use any of the Actions below .
