Restore Default Column Layout  

The "restore default column layout" option on the Personalize Layout will restore the worksheet layout even when not selecting that option.

Original view Unhide all columns:Note that the Columns Hidden on bottom of worksheet update (Column Frozen stayed the same as that wasn’t changed)
Manager now goes under Personalize Layout and changes the hidden column to 2 – saves and closeNote that the worksheet reverts back to the default of the “columns hidden” when the Restore Default Column Layout was not part of the Personalize update in step above.
