Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Execute Project

When attempting to create a Project using a template
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
"A new project or project template cannot be created because of an application error. Contact your help desk. (PJF-2235884)
The financial plans were not copied to the new project or project template because of an application error. Contact your help desk. (PJF-2236360)"



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Project financial Management
2. Click on Plus
3. Create a Project by passing a Template as Source
4. Errors

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a new project
