No cubes exist for this chart of accounts. If a completed ledger does exist for this chart of accounts, then you must run the Create Cubes program. (GL-781269)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Go to General Accounting
2. Click on Period Close
3. Click on Inquire and Analyze balance under Actions panel
