The SalesOrderHeader Object Does Not Return Values (Doc ID 2439432.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The Quotes & Orders tab doesn't list the details.
The SalesOrderHeader VO in groovy code doesn't return any rows.
This issue started occurring after the last maintenance update: R13 (Update 18B)

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Quotes & Orders tab should show the existing details from the Sales Orders.
The SalesOrderHeader VO in groovy code should return the existing details from the Sales Orders.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Sales > Opportunities
3. Change to the Quotes & Orders tab
4. The summary table is empty
Note: Navigate to another tab and back again, the summary table is populated. However, the SalesOrderHeader VO in groovy code still returns no rows.
