Symptoms

 When using FBDI to load uncosted labor transactions, an error is generated during the Import Project Costs process.

The error is displayed on the output for ''Import and Process Cost Transactions Execution Report" as below:

ERROR:

PJC_HCM_ASSIGN_INVALID : The human resource assignment for the transaction does not exist.
