Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, File Import/Export
Contracts not importing and mentioning as Invalid SITE_ID in the error message
I am unable to import the contract file as I am getting an error message.
ERROR
-----------------------
A matching record of type HZ_PARTY_SITES cannot be found using the value of the attribute SUPPLIER_SITE_ID provided, or the matching record is not active. (MKT-285217) Cause: No record exists with the specified attribute value or a matching record does exist however it is not active. Action: Update the attribute value to reference an existing, active record.

1. Create a new file import activity
2. Get error

Due to this issue, users cannot import contract with a particular supplier site id.
