Validate Customer Contract Source Data Program ends in Warning and the doc lines remained in INITIALIZED status

ERROR

WHEN OTHERS:  vrm_process_rev_lines_util.derive_revenue_price_profile()- ORA-30926: unable to get a stable set of rows in the source tables

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigation: Tools > Scheduled Processes
2. Schedule New Process > Select Process Name: Validate Customer Contract Source Data
3. Provide the parameters > [B] Submit
