Unable To Edit The Account Name

Information in this document applies to any platform.
The account name cannot be edited after the R13 upgrade.
The user should be able to edit the account name.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sign-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Sales > Accounts
3. Search and edit an account
4. Change to the Profile tab
5. The account name cannot be edited.
