Symptoms

If you are a Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) customer, there are multiple sections in this document that need not be performed by you. Please log a Service Request in My Oracle Support for Oracle to do this for you.

    Some users can not login to fusion application through SSO after patching or upgrade

 

Steps to reproduce:

1. Login to customer IDP, access fusion application link

2. Some users will get following login popup window from fusion

 

  The server xxxx.fa.xxx.oraclecloud.com is asking for your user name and password. The server reports that it is from Identity Assertion

 

Changes

 Customer environment is upgraded to fusion application release 13B (11.13.18.05.00) August maintenance patch
