Product-Sku Bulk Import Process Deletes Excluded Skus (Doc ID 2440507.1)

When using the bulkImport API process,, if one of a product's SKUs are updated and others are excluded from the import the excluded SKUs get deleted.

You have a product with 5 SKUs.
You then use the bulkImport API process to upload a json/csv that contains properties updates for only the first 3 of those SKUs without including any information on the final 2 SKUs in the upload file.
Once the import is complete the system correctly updates the properties for the 3 SKUs that were listed, but it also deletes the other 2 SKUs entirely from the catalog.
