Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Leads, Sales Campaigns

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
After upgrading to R13, Customer is not seeing any Customer Responses on the Summary tab of completed Sales Campaigns. Since August 1st none of the campaigns show any open or link clicked percentages.
All users are seeing this issue.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Responses should be seen on the Summary tab of completed Sales Campaigns

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1)Customer creates a Campaign and adds Contacts
2)Select a email template
3)Select submit
4)The email is sent to the specified Contacts
