OAC: Date Fields Do Not Match between "Analysis" And "Exported To Excel" When Timezone Modified

Date Fields in Analysis, When Exported to Excel, change based upon timezone.
It appears that the value in any date column is changed based upon the time zone selected of the OAC account exporting the data and the values in any date column are off by 1 day.
If user export to CSV format, issue does not appears.
Analytics report shows first order date: 2/12/2014
If you export the same report to excel, order data show 2/11/2014
