Symptoms

When attempting to run Global Scheduled Service "Publish Enterprise Data", the status goes into a FAILED state and the following is written to the log file:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Run the "Publish Enterprise Data" Global Scheduled Service
  2. See the status change to FAILED
  3. Check log, see error
