Symptoms
On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Work Execution
When attempting to Change the WO status from Completed to Closed, the following error occurs:

Updating the work order status from Completed to Closed is not allowed because pending transactions against the work orders exist.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Manufacturing -> Work Execution
2. Open right task panel and select Manage Work Orders
3. Search and open Closed Work Order
4. Move Closed work Order to Completed status
