MF_NUX Application Error When Searching For Person From Directory (Doc ID 2440887.1)

Goal


The configuration for the responsive UI has been completed in accordance with the white paper.
When a user searches for a colleague in the directory, they get the following error in Chrome:
An application error occurred. See the incident log for more information.

Then, the only thing they can do is go back to the home page.

In Firefox, no results are displayed, but there is no error. Same result in Edge and IE.

If user sets the profile option "PER_DIRECTORY_RESPONSIVE_ENABLED" to N, the old directory displays, and no error is displayed, and search results are returned.
