Error Exception in process_stgdtl: Order Dtl Invalid item During Order Interface (Doc ID 2440929.1)

Users has scheduled Job - "Process Input Files" to Interface Orders with Details.. But the Item which they are using in the Details does not exists in the system..
The schedule Job runs and completed  and it created the Order Header but not the Details.. Is this expected behavior ?

The Log files shows the following Error

Exception in process_stgdtl: Order Dtl Invalid item: -XX-123ACACD-- [Code: XX-123ACACD]

Is there a specific folder or UI where users will need to look for failed Interfaces ?
