Goal

Customer created a BI report that does not return the same data in R13 as it did in R12.
This is a report on pending transactions, and in R13 none of the post-upgrade pending transactions are returned in the report.

Is there a change in the tables used in R13 so the data model needs to be changed to reflect this?
