PRC: SSP: Unable To Deploy Requistion Approval Rules facing an error- java.lang.nullPointerException (Doc ID 2441347.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Self Service Procurement Configuration

User is unable to deploy requisition approval rules, hence all requisitions going into rejected status.

ERROR
------------
When user clicks deploy button on manage requisition approvals page, it's giving below error.

java.lang.nullPointerException error



STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to Fusion Applications
2. Navigate to Setup & Maintenance -> Manage Requisition Approvals page
3. Try to modify any rule and click on deploy button
4. It will give java.lang.NullPointerException error.
