Change the Account And Contact Lookup Search message In Opportunity Page (Doc ID 2441506.1)

On : version, Opportunities

In many fields like Account, Contacts in an Opportunity, when the typed item is not in the recent items, it says ‘No Results Found’.
This is misleading as it has only searched recent items.
Can this error message be changed to say ‘Not in recent items' , or is there any other option to resolve this confusion?
