On :  11.13.17.11.0 version, Accounts, Contacts, Households

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------
When clicking the Address link on the Contact overview page, the map loads but the location is in the ocean near Africa for an address in Denver, CO

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The Address link should load a map with a pin in Denver not the ocean

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Contacts
2. Open a contact
3. Click the Address link on the Contact overview page
4. Pin is not in right location

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see map location of contact address.
