ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Using the findOrganization operation on the OrganizationService web service, the OrigSystem and OrigSystemReference attributes on the PartySite header do not always contain a value.
The occurs with records that are loaded with FBDI (Bulk Import) and File Import as well as when the record is created using the web service without values in these attributes.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Load customers using FBDI (Bulk Import) or accounts using File Import; can also create organizations using the OrganizationService web service
2. Use the findOrganization operation on the OrganizationService web service to retrieve these records
3. The OrigSystem and OrigSystemReference attributes on the PartySite header do contain a value
