Unable To Select Any Field from Drop-down for Quick Search on a Particular Applet (Doc ID 2441788.1)

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR  
---------------

Quick search is not working for a particular applet out of the box, in this case 'LS Clinical Contract Assoc Applet'. This is a pop-up applet where you associate a Contract to a Site Management. When opening the association applet, you are unable to search by any field using the quick search as no field is selectable.

However, you can still search using the query button or press Ctrl+Q. Even in the parent applet it works fine.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

The Field Dropdown in the Quick Search should be selectable.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Go to  Site Management > Contracts
2. Click on the 'Add' button (+ icon).
3. This will pop-up the applet 'LS Clinical Contract Assoc Applet'
4. Try to select a Field from the drop-down at the top. It will show no selectable value.
