User Unable To Access CTMS After Email Address And Name Were Corrected (Doc ID 2441799.1)

The problem was that customer had two  people working for our company with the same first and last name: for example Micky Mouse. Mistakenly, customer entered the wrong Micky into IDM and our UAT CTMS. Customer discovered this error prior to the user accessing either system, and corrected their email address. However, the user gets the following error when trying to log into our UAT CTMS:

"We detected an Error which may have occurred for one or more of the following reasons:

The responsibility of user 'ABCUSER' does not allow accessing view 'Interactive Report View'.(SBL-DAT-00329)"

Customer changed the email address in both IDM and UAT CTMS from ABC_USER@XYZ.COM to ABC_USER@XYZ.COM. We also changed the first name in both systems from MICKY to MIKE.

Could you let us know how to fix this problem? Also, the second ABC does not currently need access to CTMS, but will likely need access at some point in the future.
