Emptying cart and adding same items causes cart page to not show items until refresh (Doc ID 2442010.1)

This problem occurs under very rare circumstances but can be reproduced with the following steps.

1. A user logs in, adds a product to the cart 
2. Deletes the product from the cart 
3. Adds the same product again to the cart within a minute 
4. Goes to the cart page 


Note: Upon going to cart page the user will notice that the item they just added to the cart will not be listed. When they click refresh on the cart page however, the page will refresh and show the appropriate items in the cart.
