Access Denied Error When Trying to Approve a Requisition on Behalf of Another User (Doc ID 2442559.1)

When Override Approvers are enabled for a certain role (e.g. Administrators) and its users try to approve requisitions on behalf of others, they sometimes get the "Access Denied - You do not have sufficient access rights..." error message.
