ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Change Item Class Icon is not appearing in Manage Items.


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Expected Change Item Class option to appear

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Product Management--> Product information Management--> Manage Items--> Search Item -->Actions
Here in the drop down "Change Item Class" option not appearing
