Is there a Way to have a notification for ApprovePlanVersion to go to the Project Administrator and NOT the Project Manager?

The customer has modified their workflow, so budget approvals flow to the Project Administrator / Team Member and NOT the Project Manager. This setup works fine but the approval notifications also go to the Project Manager. They would like the notifications to ONLY go to the project team member / administrator.
