Error 'The system could not process your request' When Sending uMail in Unifier (Doc ID 2443136.1)

Symptoms

In an Oracle cloud hosted Unifier environment : Any Version

When attempting to send a uMail the following error occurs:

The system could not process your request. Logging in again may help in some cases.

 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Log in to Unifier and navigate to applicable 'uMail > Inbox' workspace.
  2. Open new item, enter To, Subject, and Body and click on the Send button.
  3. Note reported behavior.
