On : 11.13.18.02.0 version, Territory Management, Quotas

When attempting to import Territories Geographies the following error occurs.

MESSAGE_NAME: HZ_IMP_GEOTERR_INV_MASTERREF
TOKEN1_NAME: GEO_NAME
TOKEN1_VALUE: United States: FL: CLAY: ORANGE PARK: 32003

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Sing-on to Sales Cloud application
2. Navigate to Setup and Maintenance > Manage File Import Activities
3. Create an import for Territory geographies object using the following mappaing:
ImpGeoTerritory GeographyOrZoneName
ImpGeoTerritory SourceId
ImpGeoTerritory ParentSourceId
ImpGeoTerritory LanguageCode
ImpGeoTerritory GeographyOrZoneType
ImpGeoTerritory ZoneCode
ImpGeoTerritory CountryName
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName1
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName2
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName3
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName4
ImpGeoTerritory GeoParentName5

with the following data:
GeographyOrZoneName,SourceId,ParentSourceId,LanguageCode,GeographyOrZoneType,ZoneCode,CountryName,GeoParentName1,GeoParentName2,GeoParentName3,GeoParentName4,GeoParentName5
TEST1,2005,,US,TEST,TEST1,,,,,,
TEST2,2008,2005,US,TEST,TEST2,,,,,,
32003,3010,2008,US,POSTAL CODE,,United States,United States,FL,CLAY,ORANGE PARK,32003

4. The import ends in error
