Revenue Contract Account Activities Report Is Not Capturing All Contract Data. (Doc ID 2443316.1)

Goal

RMCS RCAA Report is not capturing all contract data for Revenue Account.  This issue is happening when the some of the periods involved in the satisfaction plan are closed.

For example, creating a new contract with start date Jan and end date in Dec. Periods Jan, Feb and Mar are closed.

View Accounting is showing correct amount for Contract Revenue which is
matching to the Revenue Recognized amount on the Manage Contracts UI.

Example of the contract:

Created a contract for following PO Line Dist.

* Quantity * Unit selling price * Line amount

-------------------------------------------------------
1.00             179.00                       179.00
12.00             89.00                      1068.00

For Line 2 - Daily Rate All Periods 1-Jan-18 31-Dec-18

Periods Jan, Feb and march are closed. April and later are Open.

Created the contract.

-- Revenue Recognized is 912.7.
--Revenue Amount showing on View Accounting Lines: 912.7. 

-- Ran the report Revenue Contract Activities Report and that is showing 844.96.
