Issue On Calling The HCM Rest API Webservices - Get Method Using Groovy (Doc ID 2443602.1)

Goal

Steps to re-produce this issue
1. Login to the application
2. Activate a Sandbox
3. Navigator -> Application Composer -> Webservices -> Register the HCM Rest API WS -> Save & Close
4. Objects -> Service Requests -> Service Scripts -> Add groovy on Before Insert & Update in Database -> To Call HCM Rest API and get the Primary Contact User Information -> Save & Close
5. Navigator -> Help Desk -> HR Service Requests -> Create New SR, Py Contact other than my user (tamizharasi.murugan) -> Unable to Save & Close the SR
6. Edit any existing SR -> Update the Py Contact Field -> Save -> Getting this below error
