Find Entity for Custom Business object in Oracle Sales Cloud

you have an custom business object called Campaign. It has 3 attributes - Campaign ID, Contact ID and Record ID. You want to find out the contact ids which are not associated in an campaign Id. For example the below table.
RecordID CampaignID ContactID
 1 1001 2001
 2 1001 2002
 3 1002 2001
 4 1002 2002

This object has 2 campaign ids and 2 contact ids. Contact ids 2001 and 2002 are associated with campaignID 1001. Similarly contacts id 2001 and 2002 are also associated with campaignid 1002. you will use the custom business object - find entity web service to find the contact ids which are not associated with any campaignIds in this business object. For example, if you pass Contact ids 2001,2002 and 2003 along with the campaign ids - 1001 and 1002, you want to get the response as 2003.
