ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
----------------------
- When attempting to process the Make EFT Payments process, the below error occurs.
- User has already attempted the action plan depicted in document Doc ID 2408461.1
ERROR
-----------------------
- "An application error has occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location ReportUtils.callJavaClass:5."
- "An application error has occurred. An assertion failure was detected at location write_bank_account:1.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
------------------
- The employee should process successfully, as the bank account information in the Personal Payment Method is present.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as a payroll user.
2. Go to Navigator > Checklist
3. Go to Submit a Process or Report (Right Side Task Pane)
4. Select Legislative Data Group > Search for Make EFT Payments
5. Enter Parameters > Submit
6. Note the error messages thrown above
