On : 11.13.18.05.0 version, Learner Experience

Add to calendar does not add to outlook calendars

We have Add to calendar feature that doesn't create the calendar entry directly when its saved. The users have to manually open the .ics file and click save and close button to make the calendar entry.

Users generally don't do this and they think once the file is opened they tend to think that the calendar entry is entered automatically.

Rather users must first download the .ics file, open in outlook and click save and close. Its not providing a good user experience.
