Error: 'The System Could Not Process Your Request' and 'Exception has occurred in BundleController.unpackData()' When Attempting To Import A Configuration Package Into Production (Doc ID 2443698.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to import a Configuration Package into Production, the import fails and the following error is seen in the Impact Analysis Report:

ERROR
-----------------------
The import of package has failed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login to the Production environment after creating a Configuration Package in Staging.
  2. Company Workspace -> Configuration Package Management > Configuration Packages.
  3. Click "Import" -> Browse to the Configuration Package and select it for import.
  4. The import fails and the error can be seen when downloading the Impact Analysis Report.

The following error can be seen in the Unifier log file:
