 Determine the Type of Cloud Account
 OCI (Compute) Service Tile is Not Available from the My Services Dashboard
 Step 1 - Check to see if you can access OCI (shown as Compute) from any of the the three methods below:
 Step 2 - Verify the Data Centers or Regions Available on Your Cloud Account
