Edit Requisition page

After enabling Descriptive Flexfield (DFF) via Customize page, Edit Requisition does not show the Descriptive Flexfield (DFF)  yet.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Be able to show the Descriptive Flexfield in Edit Requisition page.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Enable a sandbox
2. Create a Requisition Descriptive Flexfield (DFF)  and deploy it
3. In Edit Requisition page > Customize page and enable/select the new Descriptive Flexfield (DFF)
4. Sign off/sign on
5. Create a new requisition, go to Edit Requisition, Requisition Descriptive Flexfield (DFF)  is not displayed.
6. Sign off/sign on as different Advanced Procurement Requester user
7. Enable the same sandbox for this user
8. Create a new requisition, go to Edit Requisition, Requisition Descriptive Flexfield (DFF)  is not displayed.
