Symptoms

When attempting to Save to PDF, the following error occurs.

ERROR:

"Print Job Has Failed. Please Contact Your System Administrator"

STEPS:

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Launch P6 Web.
  2. Open Project.
  3. Go to Assignments screen.
  4. Click on PDF icon.
  5. Click on Save to PDF icon.
  6. View service log and note service has failed with above message in log.
