P6 Web Pages Unable To Load Properly.

Information in this document applies to any platform.
When loading the Activities page, the page does not load. This also occurs in the EPS and Resource Assignments pages.
Expect the Activities page to load.
The below error may be found in the P6WebAccess.log: <ADMIN> <Error getting setting: ClientProperties.ServerAndPortOverride Cannot find item: ClientProperties. Your configuration is out-of-date.>
However, this message is misleading as the configuration is not out of date.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Log into P6 Web.
- Projects | Activities page.
- Page will not load.
